Full refund available within 14 calendar days of contract signing, provided no development work has commenced. This aligns with the Italian Consumer Code withdrawal period for consumer clients.
Refunds are calculated proportionally based on undelivered milestones. Completed and accepted milestones are non-refundable. If a milestone is in progress, the refund covers only the unstarted portion.
If a delivered automation does not function as specified in the agreed scope document, BossDevelop will fix the issue at no cost during the warranty period (60-90 days). If the issue cannot be resolved, a partial refund proportional to the affected functionality will be negotiated in good faith.
Refund requests must be sent to hello@bossdevelop.com with the project reference number and description of the issue. We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method.
Third-party platform subscriptions (Zapier, Make, etc.) purchased on behalf of the Client are non-refundable through BossDevelop. The Client should contact the platform provider directly.
