These terms govern the relationship between BossDevelop S.r.l. ("Provider"), registered at V. Guglielmo Reiss Romoli, 4, 10155 Torino TO, P.IVA IT-01234567890, and the client ("Client").
BossDevelop provides automation development services delivered entirely in digital form. Services include workflow automation, business process automation, CRM integration, email automation, data pipeline development, and custom API integration. All deliverables are digital.
All prices are in EUR and subject to IVA (VAT) at 22% for Italian clients. B2B EU clients with valid VAT numbers may qualify for reverse charge. Payment is milestone-based: 40% upon contract signing, 30% at project midpoint, 30% upon delivery and acceptance.
All automation workflows, custom code, scripts, configurations, and documentation become the exclusive property of the Client upon full payment. BossDevelop retains no license to use, modify, or redistribute Client deliverables. Third-party platform accounts (Zapier, Make, etc.) remain the property of their respective providers.
All deliverables carry a warranty period of 60 to 90 days depending on the selected plan. During this period, BossDevelop will fix any bugs, errors, or malfunctions at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover issues caused by Client modifications, third-party platform changes, or force majeure events.
Consumer clients (non-business) have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of contract signing as per the Italian Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005, Codice del Consumo). This right may be waived if digital service delivery begins within the withdrawal period with the consumer explicit consent.
BossDevelop total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project. BossDevelop is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the Courts of Torino. EU consumers may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.
